All products offered by My Custom Undies are sold exclusively online through our website. We do not operate a physical retail store.
Our products, including custom thongs, panties, and boxers, are made-to-order based on the personalization options and content provided by the customer, which may include photographs, faces, names, text, and other approved design elements.
We have made every reasonable effort to display our products, colors, designs, and product images as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device or monitor will display colors with complete accuracy.
Because our products are individually customized and produced to order, minor variations in color, print placement, image positioning, scaling, stitching, or alignment may occur between the digital preview, product images, and the finished product. Such minor manufacturing variations are not considered defects as long as the finished product remains materially consistent with the order submitted by the customer.
Product availability may be limited, and we reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product, design option, material, size, or customization option at any time without prior notice.
We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer and to refuse or cancel orders where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, prohibited customization content, or circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.
All purchases are subject to our Refund & Returns Policy, Shipping Policy, and any other applicable policies posted on our website.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same PayPal account/credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.
