You can personalize custom boxers with uploaded photos, faces on most designs, text, and names. Choose the boxer design you prefer, then add the personalization options supported by that design. Photo-based options let you turn your uploaded images into personalized artwork, while text and name options let you add custom wording directly to selected designs.

The placement and repetition of uploaded artwork vary by product design. You can review the product example and preview your personalized design before placing an order.

My Custom Undies custom boxers are made from 100% lightweight polyester. The polyester material gives the boxers a lightweight construction while supporting the printed personalized design. It is also soft and comfortable for the boxer form. Material is one of the main characteristics that distinguishes custom boxers from the other custom underwear styles available at My Custom Undies.

The boxer material is soft, comfortable, colorfast, and easy to clean. These four characteristics define the main material features of My Custom Undies custom boxers:

You can upload up to 6 JPG or PNG photos, with each file under 1000 KB. The uploaded photos are used to prepare the personalized artwork for the selected boxer design. Different designs may use different numbers, placements, or repetitions of the uploaded images. For a smoother customization process, confirm that each image meets these upload requirements before continuing:

How Photos Are Prepared for Face Designs

For photo-based face designs, the image background is removed while the face is retained for the selected design. Face customization is available on most designs. The retained face is incorporated according to the artwork arrangement of the boxer design you choose.

Because artwork arrangement varies by design, an uploaded face is not automatically placed in one fixed position or repeated in one fixed way across every pair of boxers. Review the product example for the selected design to understand its intended arrangement.

Preview Your Custom Boxers Before Ordering

You can preview your personalized boxers before completing your purchase. The preview lets you review how your selected photos, faces, text, or names appear within the chosen design before the order is submitted.

Use the preview together with the product example to check the customized artwork and its arrangement. Placement and repetition depend on the specific product design rather than one universal layout for all custom boxers.

All-Over Sublimation Printing on Printable Boxer Areas

Custom boxers use all-over sublimation printing across the printable front, back, and side areas. “All-over” describes coverage across the printable areas of the boxers. It does not mean that every part of the product is printed. The printable areas include:

Front
Back
Sides

The following areas are not printed:

Waistband
Inner lining
Labels

This print coverage allows the customized design to extend across multiple visible areas while keeping non-printable product components unchanged.

How to Order Custom Boxers

You can create custom boxers in 4 personalization steps before the made-to-order production process begins.

1. Choose a Design

Select the custom boxer style and product design you want to personalize.

2. Upload Your Photos

Upload up to 6 JPG or PNG images. Each image must be under 1000 KB.

3. Personalize the Design

Add the personalization supported by your selected design, such as photos, faces, text, or names. For photo-based face designs, the image background is removed while the face is retained.

4. Preview Your Boxers

Review the personalized preview and product example before completing your purchase. After the order is placed, your custom boxers move into made-to-order production.

Made-To-Order Custom Boxer Production

Custom boxers are made to order with a production time of 1–4 business days. Production begins after the personalized order is submitted. Because each pair is customized for the selected design and uploaded personalization, the product is produced specifically for the order rather than supplied as a standard pre-customized item. Production time is separate from shipping transit time.
